However, we are aware that there is sometimes no better substitute for person to person conversation. Does My EMF Shield offer a warranty/guarantee?
Yes. We stand behind our product and want you to feel satisfied with your order. If you are not pleased with the product we sold to you, you may return the unused portion of your order within 30 days and get a refund for the original purchase price, less shipping, handling, and taxes. Does My EMF Shield take phone orders?
Yes we do. Although our system is setup for online purchasing, which allows us to mainstream delivery and paperwork for you, we will take phone orders. Please note phone orders may add additional time in processing. Call us at (530) 636-0560.
Why is my order marked “Awaiting Payment”?
This order status is automatically set when an order is first placed and payment has not been verified. This can happen when using PayPal. The order is simply waiting for us to verify the funds have been sent. Once verified, the status will be changed to paid and processed.

What type of shipping do you use & what is the time frame for delivery?
We ship via USPS and always send with delivery confirmation. This ensures complete visibility and traceability of your order. Orders ship within 2 business days and should arrive anywhere in the Continental U.S. in 2-6 business days from the day we ship it.
What is the price of international shipping?
Shipping costs vary from $14-$31 via USPS Express Global. We completely understand this is very costly for small orders and suggest combining orders with friends and family. For the cost of shipping a single item, we can ship a very large order.

My EMF Shield currently ships orders to qualifying countries via USPS Priority Mail. This is the lowest priced shipping that we offer. There is no tracking number provided and it may take as long as 45 business days to arrive. Packages may be held longer by customs authorities.
How long will it take to get my order?
My EMF Shield normally picks, packs, and ships all orders within 2 business days from the time the order was placed. A business day is considered to be Monday through Friday, not including USPS holidays.

How to Return an Item
In the unlikely case you must return your order to us, please follow these steps:
1. Send us an email requesting a Return Authoization explaining the situation with your order and that you would like to make a return or exchange to firstname.lastname@example.org. Please identify if you would like a refund or would like to make an exchange. For exchanges, we will replace your item with the same product or an equivalent item of equal value, as dictated by available stock on hand.
2. Package the items in their original packaging, including any items that may have broken (mandatory). Include a copy of your original purchase receipt with the Return Authorization number written on it. If you have misplaced your invoice, simply log in and access the purchase history section of Your Account on our site.
3. Check your Email for shipping instructions. Ship your order back to us as directed.
4. Upon receipt of your return order, we will send you an email to notify you that your return has been processed and the proper account credited. You should expect the credit to your account within 7 business days after we have received your return.
